SENTENCED TO DEATH
POLISH RENEGADES (10 a.m.) LONDON, March 5. A military court sentenced to death five of Hi officers of the N.S.Z. (antiWarsaw Government Party) for organising Diversionist bands to overthrow the Government. The remainder were sentenced to terms ranging from eight to 10 years, says the Katowice correspondent of the Associated Press. The leader of the party, Antoni Sekowski, who was among those sentenced to death, was accused of leaving Poland with the retreating Germans. He reached France where he joined other .members of the N.S.Z. and then parachuted into Poland in March 1945 and organised groups to fight against the Russians.
