CHANGES ANNOUNCED (10 a.m.) LONDON, Feb. 14. The Ambassador to Argentine, Sir David Kelly, has been appointed Ambassador at Ankara, succeeding Sir Maurice Peterson. Mr. John Holier Lerougetel, British political representative in Rumania, has been appointed Ambassador to Teheran in succession to Sir Reader Bullard, who is retiring.
The Daily Herald’s diplomatic correspondent says that Mr. Clifford Norton, Ambassador to Switzerland, will be appointed British Ambassador to Greece in succession to Sir Reginald Lceper, who is being transferred to Argentina.
