U.S. COMMUNIST PARTY DISCIPLINE VIOLATED (10 a.m.) NEW YORK, Fell. OThe American Communist Party’s national committee expelled Earl Browder, the former national chairman, from the party for "gross violation of party discipline and decisions for the active opposition to the party’s political line and leadership, for betrayng the principles of Marxism and Leninism and for deserting to the side of the class enemy —American monopoly capital.’’
