HIGH COMMISSIONER LONDON. Feb. 12. The Commonwealth Coal Commissioner. Mr. N. R. Mighell. has been appointed deputy High Commissioner to Britain. Mr. Mighell served as Commissioner during one of the most turbulent periods in the history of the industry. The Prime Minister. Mr. J. B. Chifley, said he gave service to the nation of' the highest quality and commanded the respect of everybody associated with the coal industry.
