ELECTION OF DEPUTIES COMMUNISTS ON TOP (11 a.m.) LONDON, Feb. 12. The Moscow radio says 99.5 per cent of the total registered electorate voted at the Soviet general elections on Sunday. Of 99,550,225 registered voters, 99,076,353 voted. All the deputies elected to the Supreme Soviet were Communist and non-party bloc candidates.
