M. BLUM’S NEW POST
ECONOMIC AMBASSADOR MISSIONS FOR FRANCE (10 a.m.) LONDON, Jan. 29. The French Cabinet has appointed the Socialist ex-Premier, M. Leon Blum as Ambassador Extraordinary to undertake economic missions abroad
and to improve the French food situation. Reuter's correspondent says it is believed that M. Blum will shortly leave for Washington.
