The Wellington Racing Club has reinstated Urn New Zealand St. Legcr Stakes on the programme f< it.; autumn meeting, to be hold at Trent h*arn in March. This fhrce-ycar-old* classic was abandoned after 1042 ns a result of wartime restrictions on racin*:. This year’s race carries a stake of £1.250, and entries for three-year-olds will close at the same time as the nominations for all other events at the meeting.
