PROVOCATIVE ACTS
BULGARIAN OPPOSITION GOVERNMENT'S CHARGE LONDON, Jan. 28. The Bulgarian Government has issued a "last warning” to the Bulgarian Opposition leaders to cease spreading alarmist rumours and slander against the existing authorities, savs the Moscow radio. The Bulgarian Government staled that it had authentic information that provocative acts and attacks were being organised against the Government to force it to take stern measures which would be represented as acts of terrorism and compulsion. It is obvious that the adherents of tiie National Agrarian Party's secretary, M. Petkov, the Social Democratic leader, M. Lulchev, considered such incidents essential to strengthen the demand for international intervention. Reuter’s correspondent says that Vyshinsky’s attempt to broaden the Government failed over M. Petkov and M. Lulchev’s demands for the dissolution of the recently-elected National Assembly and a complete reshuffle of the Government.
