PRIVATE BILLETING REQUIRED FOR PAYING GUESTS. Hotel accommodation being very limited the Executive must appeal to the Householders of Gisborne to offer hospitality for the period for 400 BRIGADESMEN and 100 LADIES (Wives, Daughters). Guests will provide necessary coupons and are prepared to pay for all accommodation supplied. Householders are asked to state if they can provide full board, or bed and breakfast only, also the number they can take of men wives, daughters, and the period. If guests are preferred from particular towns this will be arranged where possible. Most visitors will require accommodation from the night of 6tli to morning of 15th March, and transport will not be the obligation of hosts, but will be of valued assistance. The success of the Conference will be determined by the response to this appeal. The reputation of Gisborne’s hospitality is widespread and the Conference Executive, in asking for the Conference’s guests to be provided with the necessary accommodation, confidently believe this will be willingly undertaken.
