TRIAL AT MINSK
GERMAN GENERALS SLAUGHTER OF RUSSIANS LABOUR DEPORTATIONS (Noon.) LONDON, Jan. 16. Eighteen Germans, including three generals, were charged before the district military court at Minsk with exterminating 2,200,000 Russian civilians and war prisoners, reports the Associated Press correspondent in Moscow. The prosecution also accuses the Germans of transporting 380,000 Russian citizens to Germany for forced labour and also causing extensive destruction.
