NOTE SENT TO BRITAIN

(9 a.m.) CAIRO Dec. 17. Egypt has sent a Note to Britain asking for the opening of negotiations for the revision of the Anglo-Egyptian Treaty. The Prime Minister, Nokrashy Pasha, said Egypt’s main aims included the early evacuation of British troops, control of the Suez Canal and the inclusion of the Anglo-Egyptian Sudan in Egyptian territory.
