HELP TO INDEPENDENCE (10 a.m.) RANGOON, Dec. 17. General Aung San, president of the Burmese Anti-Fascist People’s Freedom League, has appealed to President Truman to sponsor the cause of dependent countries in accordance with his enunciation of American foreign policy in October. “This would enable America to further expand commerce and industry because a free Burma would have plenty of room for advanced countries like America to come to de%’elop her resources,’’ ho said.
