SPEED CAUSED SMASH
SCOTTISH EXPRESS (10 a.m.) LONDON, Oct. 25. The coroner’s jury attributed the Scottish express smash at Bourne End on September 30 to its high speed ove£ points on which there was a 20 m.p.hi speed limit.
