PREMIER RESIGNS
POLITICS IN PERSIA TEHERAN, Oct. 22. The Persian Premier, Muhsin Sadr, has resigned. His Government will hold office until a new Government is formed. The present Government was formed last June. The Foreign Minister, M. Sepahbodi, told the Constituent Assembly that Persia would be evacuated by foreign troops by March 2. 1946. Parliament decided on August 11 to hold no general elections while foreign troops were in "the country.
