ROAMING JAPANESE
MOUNTAINS OF LUZON MANILA, Oct. 23. The Filipino Congressman. Leion Cabarroguis, reported that 15,000 Japanese soldiers were still roaming the mountains bordering the eastern Cagayan Valley, Luzon. The Japanese are willing to surrender to the Americans but not to the Filipinos. They live by raiding farms for food.
