MEMORIAL SERVICE
FERNLEAF CLUB LONDON VICTIMS OF AIR CRASH ( Special Correspondent.) LONDON, Oct. 23. A memorial service was held in the Fernleaf Club, London, for Misses M. Greenfield, M. F. I. Innes and M. J. Mortlack, members of the N.Z.W.A.A.C., who lost their lives when an aircraft cn route from Cairo to England crashed in France on October 7. The service was conducted by Major S. C. Road, formerly an N.Z.E.F. chaplain and now commissioner in the United Kingdom of the National Patriotic Fund Board. Lady Freyberg, Brigadier R. S. Park, commanding the N.Z.E.F. in the United Kingdom, and N.Z.V/.A.A.C.S. were present at the ceremony.
