NEW ARTIFICIAL HANDS
BLIND READING SYSTEM (10 a.m.) LONDON, Oct. 24. Artificial hands worked by the wearer’s nerve impulses and a new method of. reading for the blind were discovered in a German laboratory near Garmiscli Partenkirchen. The details arc to be turned over to British and American scientists for further examination and development.
