HEALTH SPLENDID RUSSIAN ASSURANCE LONDON, Oct. 23. Replying to the spate of rumours that Generalissimo Stalin is dead, dying or ill the Soviet Embassy told the Evening News that Generalissimo Stalin is simply taking a rest. He is in excellent health.
