LIBERALS* MAJORITY (10 a.m.) OTTAWA. Oct. 24. A message from Halifax, Nova Scotia, says that the Liberal Premier, Mr. Angus MacDonald, increased his heavy majority in the Legislature in the Nova Scotia election at the expense of the Progressive Conservative and CCF parties.
