GERMAN RED CROSS BERLIN OFFICE CLOSED (11 a.m.) LONDON, Oct. 23. The Luxemburg radio reports that Marshal Zhukov has issued a decree confiscating all German Red Cross property and the closure of its central office at Berlin. The order explained that there was a suspicion that the organisation might function as an espionage centre. Marshal Zhukov notified'the British and American occupation authorities of his decision.
