THE GOOD FUN CASE
JUDGES DISMISS APPEAL
(P.A.) WELLINGTON. Oct. 22. The Racing Conference appeal judges have dismissed the appeals of P. Hnyvico and J. It. Niopor against the decision of the Auckland district committee in dismissing their appeals against the finding of the committee of the Avondale Jockey Club. Ilayvice and Nieper and the liorso Good Fun were disqualified for five years in connection with the running of Good Fun in the Ilobsonville Hurdles at. the Avondale meeting at KUcrslio on April 7 last. The judges were Messrs. J. Graham, \V. IL Gaisford, and P. F. Wall.
