AIRMAN ACQUITTED
CHARGE OF JOINING S.S. (10 a.m.) LONDON. Sept. 11. A court-martial found Pilot-Officer B. R. Freeman not guilty on a charge of improperly joining the Waffen SS and it will promulgate its finding on the second charge that he voluntarily served with the Waffen SS, wrote scrip for German propaganda, resided in Berlin under an assumed name and received a salary of 200 marks weekly. ________
