AMERICAN AIR LINES
INAUGURATION SOON EUROPE AND NEAR EAST (9 a.m.) NEW YORK, Sept. 11. The air service from the United States to Europe and the Near East, which will be inaugurated shortly, will bypass Britain. General T. B. Wnson, head of the Trans-Continental Air Lines, announced that the Dublin air route would be Washington. Newfoundland, Foynes, Paris, Rome, Greece, Palestine, Iraq, and Saudi-Arabia Genera] Wilson said the rates would be reduced to compete with shipping. Negotiations would be opened soon for Irish Airways Limited to operate a shuttle service between Foynes and a British airport,
