AIR FORCE WEDDING

WILLIAMSON—BAKER A wedding of interest to a wide circle of 'fiends was celebrated at Holy Trinity Church on Saturday, June IG, when Ethel Una, youngest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. T. 1). Baker, Whitaker street, was married to Squadron Leader Neilson Arnold Williamson, D.F.C., who recently returned to New Zealand after 3} years’ service with Bomber Command in England, only son of Mr. and Mrs. A. Williamson, irnnui road. The ceremony was* I performed by Canon A. F. Hall, and Mr. W. Oakdeti was at the organ. Papins foliage and hydrangeas formed tin artistic decorative note in the church. The bride was escorted by her father. With her smart suit of powder blue wool georgette, with which she wore a small matching feathered hat, the bride carried an exquisite bouquet of pink stock and lneulia, intermingled with maidenhair fern. The bride was attended by Miss A. Williamson, sister of the bridegroom, wearing n ( suil of dusky pink wool georgette and u tat to match accented with blue feathers. .Site carried a bouquet, of tingitana iris combined with mnidenhniy’ fern. Flying Oliicer C. Prentice was best man. The reception was held in Lc- Grand Cafe. Mrs. Baker, mother of the bride, was wearing a frock of floral Swiss romaine with a navy blue coat and matching hat. Pier shoulder spray was of violets and anemones. Mrs. Williamson, mother of the bridegroom, wore a frock of fusehia coloured silk with a hat to match and n grey coat appliqtied in fusehia. She chose a shoulder spray in cyclamen Innings. The .future home of the bride and bridegroom will he at Wnituti Beach.
