UNDERGROUND CITY
* NAZI BASE UNDER BUDA FACTORIES ~&T BARRACKS LONDON, Feb. 7. The Russians in Buda discovered a fantastic underground city containing an underground tank factory, barracks and restaurants, says the Exchange and Telegraph correspondent in Moscow. The Germans had also constructed an underground railway, complete with lifts, outrivalling the old subway line in the past which runs directly under the pavements.
