EVACUATION REPORTED JAP. ENCROACHMENTS CHUNGKING. Feb. 0. The 14th United States Air Force has disclosed that the Japanese offensive from t’ne Canton area has forced the abandonment of a third American fighter base at Kamyung Field, southwest of Kanchow. Suichwan was evacuated on January 21. Kamyung on January 29, and the Kanshien area was finally abandoned on January 30.
