N.Z. CAPTIVES IN REICH
LONDON, Feb. C. The New Zealand Prisoners of War Department learns that the Germans started to transfer men from camps in areas not yet reached by the Russians well before the offensive began. There is apparently little likelihood, therefore, that many prisoners have been liberated by the Russians thus far.
