The Daily Telegraph’s diplomatic correspondent says that Marshal Tito, president of the Yugoslav National Committee of Liberation, has cabled to Dr. Subasic, leader of the Yugoslav Government in London, objecting to two of the three Regency nominations, namely, General Simovitch and M. Sutej, proposing in his place Dr. Manditch, Croat, who is at present in Yugoslavia, and the Serbian leader, M. Voukosavlavitch.
