Kates were inclined to firm on late quotations for a fair yarding of fat sheep made ■up principally of ewes. Extra prime wethers sold at from 31s Id to 32s ltld, and prime 28a ltld to 29s Mil. Heavy ewes from 21s ■ld to 23s Id, and medium 17s Mil to 20s 7u. Maiden two-tooths. well done, made to 2Ss Kid and four-tooths 20s 7d. Southdown-cross two-tooths realised 24s Id to 20s 4d, arm four-tooths to 27s 4d. Heavy, well-grown lambs made from 20s Til to 28s 7d, ami medium-grown from 23s 7d to 25s 4d.
