CZECH GOVERNMENT (9 a.m.) LONDON, Jan. 21. The Czech Government, after nearly five years’ exile in London, plans to return to its own country within one or two weeks. It has completed all its arrangements for going home and is not waiting until Prague is liberated and the Germans are thrown out of the remainder of tiie country. It intends setting up headquarters as soon as possible in a Ruthenian city toward which the Russians and Czechs are steadily progressing.
