ITALIAN SABOTAGE
NORTHERN WAR PLANTS NAZIS EMBARRASSED (10 a.m.) LONDON, Jan. 7. Continuous sabotage has almost wiped out the production of the fiat and Mirafiri factories in Germanoccupied Italy, says the Rome radio, quoting an official communique. Strikes have broken out in Lombardy as a protest against the shortage of food. The Germans and Fascists have pi oclaimed a state of siege.
