SYDNFY, Dec. 20. A block of Hats in Flizabeth liny In.: been sold for about £50,000. The block, known as “Ashdown," is a modeni concrete and steel building with 28 apartments, two penthouses, and a community garage. Under national sccurily regulations the purchaser had to lodge with the Treasurer war bonds of a value equal to the purchase price.
