The Press Association understands that an announcement will be made n the next few days in which King Peter of Yugoslavia will consent to he appointment of a Yugoslav Regency Council which will remain n oiiice until it is possible to hold elections in Yugoslavia. The council will comprise three members representative of Slovenia, Serbia and Croatia. Its appointment will probiblv be followed by the reconstruction of the Yugoslav Government on a broad basis with Marshal Tito as leader.
