Ruatoria Court Case
An error in the reporting of a case dealt with at a recent sitting of the Ruatovia Magistrate's Court concerned the conviction of Peta Taukatno, labourer, on a wrongly identified charge. The accused was reported to have been fined on a charge of being a rogue and vagabond and Die actual charge was that of- being found by night without lawful excuse in the enclosed yard of the Waiapu County Council,
