ROUTE TO CHINA
PROSPECTIVE LINKING (11 a.m.) LONDON, Dec. 6. Allied air activities have been intensified over the approaches to the area where the link in the new land route to China from India with the old Burma road may take place before long, says a Colombo message. Five formations of United States Thunderbolts disrupted the Japanese communications on December 4, when they attacked bridges in central Burma.
