RANGE OF TARGETS EUROPE-WIDE RAIDING ENEMY’S STRONGHOLDS LONDON, Dec. 4. At many points in Germany’s chain of defences and communications throughout the shrinking Nazi empire in Europe, the weight of Allied air power fell heavily during the past 24 hours. On Sunday night R.A.F. Mosquitoes attacked, without loss, objectives in Western Germany. The Balkan Air Force attacked road movement, enemy gun-positions, and a power-house in Yugoslavia. Seven of our aircraft are missing from these operations. Allied aircraft flew over 1100 sorties.
