Regent.—“ Lost Angel,” current attraction at the Recent Theatre, brings back the popular little starlet of “Journey For Margaret” fame, Margaret O’Brien. “Lost Angel” is the dramatisation of a heartwarming and sincere story and is a film of | surpassing charm. A Pete Smith specialty, Fitzpatrick Traveltalk, “Our Gang” comedy and Regent news review completes the attractive programme. King’s.—“ Jack London” traces the fabulous career of the noted author, war correspondent, and adventurer from his early struggles through his later amazing exploits, romances, and great triumphs. This adventurous, romantic story commences at the King’s Theatre to-day and stars Michael i O’Shea and Susan Hayward. Majestic.—The now feature attraction to-day, “Calling Hr. Heath,” will be the initial drama in Universal’s new series based upon the Inner Sanctum stories Xnd featuring Lon Chaney, a foremost character creator of the screen. The associate feature, “Hat Check Honey,” is a rib-tick-ling comedy with gay songs to set your feet tapping. The stars are Leon Errol and Grace McDonald.
