ARGENTINE ARREST
FORMER REBEL LEADER (10 a.m.) NEW YORK, Oct. 30. The New York Times’ correspondent in Buenos Aires reports that General Arturo Rawson, who led the troops on Buenos Aires in the revolution on January 4, 1943, was President for one day and later Argentine Ambassador to Brazil, was arrested today by the military authorities and held incommunicado.
