TRADERS WITH AXIS PUNISHMENT PLANNED NEW YORK, Sept. Britain and America have agreed, after Germany’s fall, to a joint plan for the control in Germany and other countries' of companies which have collaborated with the Axis, according to a State Department announcement. Punishment will he inflicted on the agents of firms associated with the Axis attempt, to gan world domination. With a view to enabling the Allies to exact justice, and. also furtherin''.
