NINGYUAN CAPTURED

SAFEGUARDING FLANK CHUNGKING, Oct. 27. The Japanese, alter a drive from Kiyang covering 60 miles in eight days, captured Ningyuan, an important communications centre 110 miles east of Kweilin, says a Chinese communique.
