ALLIES AND BULGARIA Moscow Intimation (9 a.m.) LONDON. Oct. 29. An armistice between the Allies and Bulgaria has been signed, according to an announcement by the Moscow radio. The signatories were General Tolbukhin and a representative for the Mediterranean High Command. General Sir James Gammel, for the Allies, and four Bulgarian Ministers, M.
