LIBERATED TERRITORY AGREEMENT~WITH SOVIET RUGBY. May 8. The Soviet-Czechoslovakian agreement on the civil administration 01 Czechoslavakia during the Russian liberation ol the country, signed in nondon, provides that the Czech Government will take over the luii exercise of public authority as soon as any part of the liberated territory -eases to be a war zone. Meantime, me Soviet or Allied forces on the -zech territory will be amendable to me jurisdiction of the Soviet or die. Allied commander-in-chief ana ail the Czech armed forces ana civilians will be amendable to Czech ..urisdiction.
