JAP. ALUMINIUM PLANT ATTACK ON BANGKOK (10.30 a.m.) CHUNGKING, Jan. 13. .Lieut.-General Stilwell’s Headquarters in China says fhat Liberators based in China bombed a vital aluminium plant in Formosa on Wednesday. They encountered intense “flak” but no fighter opposition. On the following day Liberators bombed the railway yards and aerodrome at Bangkok. All the aircraft are accounted for.
