(British Official Wireless.) (10 a.m.r ' RUGBY, July 7. When Mr. D. R. Grenfbll asked the Prime Minister, Mr. Winston Churchill, in the House of Commons whether he is aware of the strong desire in Wales for a Welsh Office under the Secretary of State for Wales. Mr. Churchill answered: “While 1 am aware of the sentiments cherished by the people of Wales, I think we have got a tendency to have too many Ministers.. To create this entirely new department in the present circumstances would not be practicable.”
