GRADE I. OFFICERS IN N.Z. (P.A.) WHANGAREI. April 9. At a meeting of the Whangarei R.S.A. it was decided to approach the War Cabinet through the Dominion executive asking for an - investigation into the number of Grade I officers remaining in New Zealand camps with a view to their employment in a more useful capacity.
