NEW POST IN LONDON ALLIED GOVERNMENTS A (British Official Wireless.) (g a.m.) RUGBY. April 9. Major-General George P. .Vanier, the ; new Canadian Minister-designate to ,thie“ Allied Governments in the United Kingdom and Canadian representative- to- the French National Committee, explaining his appointment in London, sgid that a Canadian legation would .soon be established'in London. In Canada at present : there were Ministers of seven, occupied countries of flurope. Canada had decided to appoint one Minister accredited to all these .Governments in Britain. His appointment as representative to the French Rational Committee was for the'purpose of -discussing all questions relating to the war.
