SPANISH REPUBLICANS HELD IN FRENCH AFRICA LONDON, APrd 6. The Mexican Government has agreed to accept all Spanish Republican refugees, who are at present in North and. West Africa, reports the Algiers radio. Mqre than 3000 were in prison, camps in Algiers and Morocco at the ,end of. January but. half have since been, released and the remainder will; be released, and given the option of going to Mexico.
