FATAL crossing smash

(P.A.) NEW PLYMOUTH, April 3. The hearing of h, charge of rioghgent driving, causing death, against Wilfred Wright; of Rah'otu, a farmer, was begun iri the New Plymouth'court, before Mr. W. H. Woodward, SAL, yesterday.

The charge arose from a levclerdssing Accident at Bell Block ori Decentner -22/ involving the' deaths Of Minnie Frances' Gardiner and ' her niece and nephew, Noeline 1 Milne, aged nine,' and Rex Neil Milne; aged six'; '•
