GOVERNOR OF CONGO BELGIAN AID TO ALLIES (P.A.) WELLINGTON, this day. King George has conferred on M. Pierre R.yckmans, the GovernorGeneral of the Belgian Congo, the Grand Cross of the Order of the British Empire in recognition df the collaboration rendered to the United Nations, says a statement Issued by the Belgian Consul-General in Wellington.
