CANADIAN NAVY
MEN & SHIPS INCREASING (10 a.m.) OTTAWA, Aug. 14. The Canadian Minister of the Navy, Mr. A. L.‘ MacDonald, announced that the navy’s total strength was roughly 40,000 men and 1000 monthly were coming in. The navy has between 400 and 500 ships and about 100 were building.
